ArrangeX started as an earlier project to solve exam logistics for a single institution. It handled the core problem, but it was never truly finished. So we went back and rebuilt it from the ground up, properly this time, to handle the messy reality of running exams at scale.

Running exams is a logistics problem hiding inside an academic one: seating that prevents cheating, invigilation that is fair, schedules that do not clash, and thousands of students who all need to know exactly where to be.
